Cecil is the College and Young Adult Pastor at River City. Under
his leadership hundreds of students lives have been transformed for the fame of Christ. Cecil has a heart for God and a passion for Young Adults. He
and his wife Lou lead EDGE (a Gathering of Louisville Singles). EDGE has
grown to be recognized as one of the premier College Ministries in the
region. As Cecil says "If your Life is Lacking, Experience the EDGE!!!"

Jason Isaacs

Jason serves in a variety of roles at River City. He serves as our Worship Leader, Student Pastor, and Community Pastor, directing our Small Groups. Jason has a heart for discipleship. His innovative approach to ministry is one of the driving forces behind the strategies of River City. Jennifer Choate
Children's Pastor
Jennifer is the children's pastor at River City. She has served in Children's ministry for over 10 years and has had the awesome opportunity to build children's programs from the ground up. Jennifer is a dynamic speaker who has a passion to communicate the message of Jesus in a fun and exciting environment. Jennifer's creative and sometimes messy illustrated messages will IGNITE your Childs faith and encourage them to pursue Jesus!
Mary Jane Skaggs
Office Administrator
Mary Jane is the glue that holds the staff of River City
together. She handles all of the administration around the church, as well as serving as our 1st Base "Crowd" coach. With all of the dreaming that goes on at River City, Mary Jane has a gift for making those dreams a reality week to week.
